How to Submit a DMCA Notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature (or signature of someone authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the specific URL or page on this site where the allegedly infringing content appears
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
